The Windstorm G-Men are the police force led by Kaito Wanijima who hunt down and arrest Stormriders. The public believes Stormriders are evil criminals, so the G-Men were formed to get rid of these "criminals." Their primary team is called Black Rain, with its members formerly a skateboarding gang called Yellow Rain.
